Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) Location: Canterbury – Kent Salary: Starting from £30,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern: Variable shifts across a 7-day rota – no fixed pattern, every week is different! The Role – What You’ll Be Doing: As Team Leader, you’ll help create a home environment where young people feel safe, seen, and supported-every single day. Lead and support a team with empathy and structure Be a role model for nurturing, consistent care Help young people develop life skills, confidence, and emotional wellbeing Work with health and education professionals to wrap around support Bring positivity, stability, and a healthy sense of fun!
