Major Healthcare are looking to speak with GOC registered Optometrists on behalf of a one-of-a-kind chain independent company that values its family heritage and encourages everyone in the company to value and foster a close-knit attitude. The company are looking to employ a new practice based Mobile Optometrist on a full or part time basis to become an invaluable member of their team based around their Hampshire practices.
The practices are high-end independents that will give you the chance to spend more time with patients and offer them a truly clinic assessment process alongside developing your own personal skills as a practitioner.

- Enhancing overall patient care and ensuring consistency across all locations: Ensure clinical standards are kept between branches by being a unique voice
- Revel in your practice environment: Stylish, independent practices, with a low staff turnover and spacious test rooms
- Use your experience to help others build their careers: Conduct experience days as part of their interview process for new staff members and induct new starters to the business
