This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Support Coordinator to join a well-established and growing company. Starting on part-time hours (with flexibility to suit you), this role is set to grow as you eventually step into the shoes of a key team member preparing for retirement.
What You’ll Be Doing as the Operations Support Coordinator:
- Coordinating and arranging international shipments and transport.
- Preparing and managing all shipping documentation, including customs clearance.
- Communicating with suppliers, customers, freight agents, and internal teams.
- Handling EUR1, Letters of Credit, invoicing, and petty cash duties.
- Resolving purchase order queries with precision and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For in an Operations Support Coordinator:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping, logistics, or international trade.
- Strong understanding of customs documentation and shipping procedures.
- Excellent IT and organisational skills, a natural multitasker with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator across departments, suppliers, and international clients.
