This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you\'ll balance practice oversight with quality assurance, team development, and strategic input - without the bureaucracy and overload of local authority structures. You\'ll ensure the delivery of consistent, child-focused, trauma-informed assessments across the organisation\'s Ofsted-regulated homes and Family Assessment Centres.
