Social Work Practice Manager (Private Sector) – Family Assessment & Residential Services Salary: £48,401 – £54,000 per annum (DOE) Provider: Highly regarded, Ofsted-rated \’Good\’ and \’Outstanding\’ children\’s services provider Status: Full-time, permanent | Private Sector | Leadership Role | High-Impact Work Location: Northwest (Flexible across multiple service hubs) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Social Work Practice Manager to lead and develop a small, high-performing team of Social Workers (4) within a respected private provider of Family Assessment and Residential Services. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you\’ll balance practice oversight with quality assurance, team development, and strategic input – without the bureaucracy and overload of local authority structures. You\’ll ensure the delivery of consistent, child-focused, trauma-informed assessments across the organisation\’s Ofsted-regulated homes and Family Assessment Centres.
