Join a modern manufacturing team with a 4-day working week and great long-term prospects. We\’re looking for reliable, hands-on people with assembly or production experience to join our Darwen (Easily commutable from Blackburn, Accrington, Chorley and surrounding areas) Hours: Monday to Thursda.y, 07:15am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week, 4-day week) You\’ll be assembling and checking small, lightweight components in a clean, well-organised environment, following simple step-by-step instructions. This is a steady, full-time role where accuracy and teamwork matter more than speed. 🔧 What you\’ll be doing Assembling and inspecting components using simple hand tools and fixtures Following written work instructions and quality checks Keeping your work area tidy and organised Working in a clean, temperature-controlled production area Supporting your team to meet daily targets safely and efficiently About you Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is essential You can follow written instructions accurately You\’ve got good attention to detail and take pride in your work You\’re reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious You enjoy working as part of a supportive team What\’s in it for you 4-day working week – enjoy long weekends!
