You'll be responsible for the full coordination of the night shift workshop, ensuring everything runs as it should:
- Lead and coordinate night shift workshop operations
- Allocate work across technicians based on priority and workload
- Ensure fleet availability and turnaround targets are consistently met
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and health & safety
- Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues
- Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed to the required standard
