An opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer to work within Aerospace manufacturing either as a step up from Automotive, or a return to Aerospace after time in another sector. We’re supporting a UK manufacturer supplying precision components into the Aerospace sector. Due to growth, they are looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer who values quality, consistency, and process-led work.

- Preparation, masking, coating and finishing of precision-engineered components
- Working to detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Low-volume, high-value components (not production-line work)
- Training provided where needed to aerospace specifications
Suitable Backgrounds
Essential
- Proven hands-on experience as a Paint Sprayer in:
- Automotive manufacturing or
- Aerospace manufacturing (past or recent)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality
- Comfortable working to defined processes and quality requirements
This role is not suitable for candidates without industrial paint spraying experience.
