We are seeking Manufacturing Operatives to support the production of high-spec, safety-critical aerospace components in a clean, controlled environment. This is a hands-on, precision manufacturing role, suited to individuals who enjoy following detailed work instructions, working with their hands, and producing quality-critical parts. This is not mass-production or repetitive factory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand-building and assembling aerospace components to drawings and work instructions
- Preparing materials, tooling, and work areas prior to production
- Supporting and being trained in lamination and lay-up processes
- Working with layered materials, specialist fabrics, and bonding systems
- Carrying out visual inspections and in-process quality checks
- Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and process discipline
- Working collaboratively within a skilled production team
Background & Experience
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Engineering, automotive, marine, or precision assembly
- Military or defence technical roles
- Cleanroom or regulated industries
Previous lamination, composite, or aerospace experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
