We are currently recruiting for an experienced TMS Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of training services. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills who enjoys managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring training requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
The Role
As TMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of training logistics in line with an agreed training matrix. This will include booking courses, scheduling training, managing certifications, and maintaining accurate records, while ensuring a high level of service delivery to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and book training courses both in-house and with approved external providers
- Proactively monitor training requirements to ensure compliance with the training matrix
- Liaise with training vendors and key stakeholders
- Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage course bookings and record any changes accurately
- Communicate training updates and changes to employees
- Coordinate travel and logistics through approved travel providers
- Produce reports in line with agreed client requirements
- Ensure KPIs and service level agreements are met
- Maintain strong working relationships with the client and internal teams
- Support the TMS Manager with additional duties as required
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with previous service experience desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas and/or Renewables sector is advantageous but not essential
