We're looking for an experienced CNC Miller / Horizontal Borer to join a specialist heavy engineering team in Sheffield. If you're a skilled CNC Miller / Horizontal Borer who enjoys working on large, complex components and wants excellent earning potential, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The CNC Miller / Horizontal Borer Role:

  • Operate Elga mills & floor borers (up to 12m)
  • Programme and set using Heidenhain controls (on-machine)
  • Machine large, complex castings, forgings & fabrications

What We're Looking For in a CNC Miller / Horizontal Borer:

  • Strong experience with large component machining
  • Confident programming and setting on Heidenhain controls
  • Ability to work to tight tolerances and high accuracy
