Mechanical Service Engineer

What You’ll Do:
- Maintenance Maestro: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Fault Finder Extraordinaire: Diagnose and repair machines on-site.
- Installation Guru: Set up and commission machinery.
- Parts Pro: Order parts as needed.
- Customer Whisperer: Answer queries and maintain client satisfaction.
Core Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
Friday: 07:30 – 12:00
(Flexibility required – sometimes you’ll need to work nights.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Field service or machine tool experience.
- Mechanical Wizardry: NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC controls.
- Problem Solver: Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong customer interaction skills.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
