As a Logistics Administrator (French Speaking), you will play a key role in coordinating UK and international shipments, ensuring customer orders are planned, tracked, and delivered efficiently. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, customers, hauliers, and freight forwarders.
The Role:
- Planning and coordinating UK and international shipments based on customer requirements and product availability
- Tracking customer orders and progress chasing deliveries
- Preparing shipping and export documentation including commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and bills of lading
- Liaising with production, warehousing, and logistics partners to maximise load efficiency
- Communicating order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
