What you\’ll be doing: Hands-on work applying a range of industrial coatings to client projects Mastering methods like: Abrasive Blasting Stripe Coating Hot Metal Spray Airless Spray Working with high-profile clients on iconic projects Making a visible impact every single day What we\’re looking for: ICATS-qualified sprayers with at least 1 year of hands-on experience Someone who takes pride in their craft and loves being part of a team A full UK driving licence (must be 25+ for insurance purposes) CSCS card holder Right to work in the UK Bonus points if you also have: Forklift or crane experience Flexibility to work on site (travel, accommodation & expenses covered) Note: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to show off their skills with a short spray trial – time to shine!
