Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality Inspector, your duties will include:
- Inspection of incoming goods (Goods In)
- Carrying out first-off inspections
- Conducting hourly quality checks throughout production
- Sample inspection and verification prior to product release
- Recording and reporting quality data
- Supporting quality management systems and continuous improvement activities
- Ensuring products meet customer and business quality standards
To be successful in this Quality Inspector role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Technician within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection documentation
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Experience using inspection equipment and measuring tools
- A proactive approach with the willingness to support wider quality management system activities
