The opportunity. We are on the lookout for an extraordinary RGN / RMN Qualified Nurse for our beautiful care home, Oaktree Court.
The impact you will make. With the support of your Majesticare team, you’ll work closely with residents, families, friends & carers to provide exceptional, physical & emotional, person-centred care. Ensuring a caring, safe & welcoming environment with a consistently high standard of personal nursing care is of the utmost importance to you. Combining your supervisory experience with a natural kindness, you’ll know just how to oversee the team in the absence of the Home or Clinical Manager. Your dedication to always delivering outstanding care to promote choice, independence and dignity is reflected in the unique care plans you create and maintain. With your sound understanding of NMC guidelines, you’ll ensure the safe handling and administration of medications. Being highly organised, your proven ability in audit management would be advantageous. You understand that working some weekends is part of delivering exceptional nursing care.

Heart: Your ability to care is simply part of who you are, in and out of work. Trust: You’ll be RGN / RMN Qualified with an active Pin, and have a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. Creative: Experienced in care planning and undertaking resident needs assessments, you’re passionate in your person-centred, collaborative approach to care.
