The opportunity. We're looking for a friendly and talented Maintenance Manager to complete our Maintenance and Facilities team at our Oaktree Court in Wellington, Somerset.

The impact you will make. With your passion for DIY and love of gardening, you'll take great pride in maintaining such a beautiful home. Organised and efficient in your approach, you'll undertake day-to-day repairs and projects within the home, our outbuildings and stunning grounds. The fabulous grounds in which our home lies will light up your passion for gardening and grounds maintenance. A natural people person, you'll love the relationships you'll build with the residents, their families and your Majesticare team. Talented in managing multiple projects you know how to deliver quality on time. With a knowledge of the Health & Safety at work Act, you'll understand the importance of consistent compliance with regulations and up to date Health & Safety records.
