The opportunity to become part of our team at our wonderful Oaktree Court home based in Wellington. This role does require weekend work and starts as early as 6am.

The impact you will make: With great pride, you'll be passionate to ensure the day-to-day cleanliness of Oaktree Court and the laundry service for residents is exceptional. Achieving and maintaining high standards in line with your training and the guidelines set out by Majesticare will be important to you. Experienced in COSHH regulations, you understand how, what and when to use the correct products for each task and how to securely and safely store and dispose of these. Throughout your working day, you'll love the moments to encourage and guide residents to reach even the smallest of achievements. With warm relationships, residents will feel supported to be independent, make their own choices, and always feel dignified. You'll thrive on being organised and be someone who notices even the small details. A willingness to learn, grow and develop is what continues to drive you.
