The opportunity to join us as we open our highly prestigious luxury care home Oaktree Court in Wellington.
The impact you will make:
- Highly organised in your approach to every administrative duty, you'll thrive in providing essential support to your Home Manager to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within the home.
- With a sound financial skillset, you'll oversee and maintain the home's petty cash producing monthly reports for submission to Head Office.
- Overseeing the preparation of all new resident, discharge and change in circumstance documentation, including liaising with residents on the fee payment process will be something you achieve with great pride.
- With your passion for efficiency, you'll work with Head Office to submit a timely 4-weekly payroll, collating hours, holidays and sickness.
- Talented in multi-tasking, you'll love helping to organise and attend resident and community social events within the home.
