The opportunity. We're looking for a Health Care Assistant, to support our residents throughout the day and night at our beautiful care home, Cavendish Park in Evesham. The shift patterns for days and nights are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am. We are looking for people interested in either shift pattern. Typically, you will work 3 days out of 7 and weekend working is required.
The impact you will make. With the support and kindness of your team, you’ll work closely with our residents, their families & external health professionals to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional care. You’ll be passionate to encourage & support your residents to reach even the smallest of achievements. Through the strength of your relationships, residents will feel supported to be independent, make their own choices, and always feel dignified. From personal care & companionship to joining in with activities & events, your kindness and willingness will ensure residents' needs are always looked after. You’ll thrive on organisation and be someone who notices even the small detail. A willingness to learn, to grow and develop is important to you. When needed, you'll be happy to work weekends to support your team.
