We are looking for an experienced Gardener with a passion for creating & maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces at Milton Ernest Hall, our stunning new home in Bedford.

With your expert knowledge and hands-on approach, you’ll ensure our gardens and outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained and thriving throughout the seasons. You’ll bring passion and creativity, developing flourishing flower beds, vibrant vegetable patches, and beautiful outdoor spaces for our residents to enjoy from both inside and outside Haddenham Park. Championing our ‘Continue Being Me’ ethos, you’ll empower green-fingered residents to join gardening activities, supporting them to nurture their own plants, no matter how big or small. With unparalleled kindness, you’ll work closely with residents and your Haddenham Park team, bringing happiness, companionship, and a shared love of the outdoors. A natural organiser, you’ll take pride in every detail, ensuring our gardens remain a peaceful and beautiful haven for all. A natural with all people, you’ll build strong and meaningful relationships with your team, residents and their families and friends and within the local community.
