The opportunity. We are looking for Care Assistants to support our residents throughout at our beautiful Haddenham Park Care Home and Apartments in Aylesbury. The shift patterns for days and nights are 8am-8pm and 8pm-am. We are looking for people interested in either shift pattern. Typically, you will work 3 days out of 7 and weekend working is required.

The impact you will make. With the support and kindness of the team, you will work closely with residents, their families and external health professionals to provide safe, high-quality physical and emotional care. You will provide personal care, reassurance and companionship throughout the night, ensuring residents’ needs are always met with kindness and respect. You will be passionate about encouraging and supporting residents to achieve even the smallest goals, promoting confidence and wellbeing. Through the positive relationships you build, residents will feel supported to maintain their independence, make their own choices and always feel dignified. You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in an organised and structured way. You will be willing to learn, grow and develop within the role. You will be flexible and happy to work weekends when required to support the team.
