The opportunity. We're looking for a dynamic Community Relationship Lead for our Haddenham Park. The role will position Haddenham Park at the heart of the local community, building trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals, local organisations and community groups whilst converting enquiries into long term residents through an outstanding experience.

The impact you will make. Highly skilled in relationship building, you'll be swift to develop strong community relationships and partnerships to drive and promote occupancy. Experienced and creative, you'll lead effective marketing campaigns to generate enquiries and showcase the beauty of Haddenham Park. Passionate about the resident experience you'll inspire your team to create an enriching and engaging calendar of lifestyle and relaxation options that residents will always want to be part of. Lead and oversee the full enquiry journey within the home, ensuring every prospective resident and family receives an exceptional, compassionate and timely experience from initial enquiry through to admission. Organise and attend networking events, community initiatives and local partnerships to raise the profile of the home.
