We offer over 1, different wines, spirits, and beers both online and in-store, with knowledgeable staff trained to WSET levels.
The Role
As a Majestic Trainee Manager, you will participate in a 12-month development program to gain comprehensive operational, service, and leadership experience, preparing you for future store management roles. You will follow a structured training pathway with support from your Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for your store, supporting the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Drive store performance by maximizing sales and KPIs, and developing improvement plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Offer VIP concierge services, including product updates and tastings.
- Share your passion for products through tastings and in-depth knowledge, supporting your WSET qualifications.
- Maintain the store’s appearance and operational standards.
- Participate in daily operational tasks, including stock deliveries and customer outreach.
- Identify operational improvements and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Engage in personal development and support junior team members.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Passion for learning about wine, with the goal of passing WSET Level 2 & 3.
- Full UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
