The Role
As Majestic Wine Area Sales Support you will be responsible for supporting the Area Sales Managers with the administrative processes when bringing on board new customers, as well as maintaining existing customers including changing wine lists, updating prices, and forecasting product needs. You will assist with customer queries, including using the online order portal, produce KPI reporting, and manage incoming store leads.
