Responsibilities
- Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient stockroom environment
- Manage stock intake, support deliveries and transfers in line with company procedures
- Support the store manager and team with accurate stock counts and participate in regular inventory checks
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies promptly to the line manager
- Process and fulfil online orders accurately and within the agreed timeframes
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders following company guidelines
- Troubleshoot fulfilment issues and liaise with store manager and customer services when needed
- Process online returns efficiently and within the company guidelines
- Work closely with the sales floor team to ensure product availability
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational performance
