Small healthcare organisation looking for IT to support the day-to-day technical operation and continued growth of our software platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the application’s technical infrastructure, ensuring servers and associated systems remain operational, identifying and investigating system errors, carrying out routine troubleshooting, and liaising with the development team where more complex technical issues require resolution.
The role will also support the commercial expansion in the UK and Indian markets. This will include liaising with prospective business customers, demonstrating the platform, assisting organisations with onboarding and subscriptions, and travelling within the UK to meet prospective clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring servers, applications and associated IT systems.
- Identifying, analysing and troubleshooting technical faults.
- Carrying out routine system and operational checks.
- Escalating and coordinating more complex software or infrastructure issues.
- Supporting customers with technical and platform-related enquiries.
- Demonstrating the platform to prospective business users.
- Supporting customer onboarding and implementation.
- Liaising with businesses and prospective customers in India.
- Supporting UK business development, including visits to prospective clients.
- Maintaining accurate technical and customer-support records.
