We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our growing new homes development in Telford. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a customer-focused team delivering high-quality homes and an outstanding buying experience.
The Role
- Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
- Welcoming and guiding customers around the development and show homes
- Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and stakeholders
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ensuring all sales administration and compliance is completed accurately
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
About You
- Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
