Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of residential developments
- Procurement of subcontract packages
- Monthly CVRs and Cost to Complete reporting
- Managing subcontract accounts
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Regular site visits and collaboration with operational teams
Requirements
- Previous residential housebuilding experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience with subcontract procurement and cost reporting
