Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join a leading property developer working across exciting residential developments in Little Easton, with a planned move to Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is either experienced in New Homes or has a strong background in Estate Agency and is looking to develop their career in the new homes sector. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused, and able to deliver an excellent buyer journey from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all purchasers and site visitors
  • Managing enquiries and guiding customers through the buying process
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders
  • Working independently and as part of a sales team
  • Ensuring the sales office is presented to a high standard
  • Supporting the smooth running of the development

About You

  • Experience in New Homes is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Background in Estate Agency considered with willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to “hit the ground running”
  • Flexible and willing to travel between sites
  • Highly motivated with a professional approach
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Working Pattern

Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
