New Homes Sales Advisor – Hailsham, East Sussex

Salary: £35,000 + Commission (OTE £80,000-£90,000)

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Hailsham, East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sales background who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results.

The Role:

  • Working Thursday to Monday
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Working hours: 10:00am - 5:00pm
  • 1 weekend in 4 off
  • Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Providing an exceptional customer journey and building strong relationships with purchasers
  • Achieving sales targets through a proactive and customer-focused approach

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 12 months' New Homes sales experience is essential
  • A proven background in sales and customer service
  • Driven, committed, and enthusiastic with a passion for achieving results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
