Salary: £35,000 + Commission (OTE £80,000–£90,000)

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Alton, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sales background who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results.
The Role:
- Working Thursday to Monday
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Working hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm
- 1 weekend in 4 off
- Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Providing an exceptional customer journey and building strong relationships with purchasers
- Achieving sales targets through a proactive and customer-focused approach
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 12 months’ New Homes sales experience is essential
- A proven background in sales and customer service
- Driven, committed, and enthusiastic with a passion for achieving results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
What's on Offer:
