Our client, a leading and highly respected new homes developer, is looking to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Senior Field Sales Executive to support developments across the Cumbria region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will play a key role in guiding purchasers through the home-buying journey and helping customers find their perfect new home.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with prospective purchasers visiting the development.
- Conduct show home and development tours.
- Qualify customer requirements and manage the sales process from enquiry to completion.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure sales offices and show homes are presented to the highest standards.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems accordingly.
About You
- Previous experience within new homes sales, estate agency, property sales or a similar customer-facing sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A professional and proactive approach to sales.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional patch.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
