Our client, a respected and growing housebuilder, is seeking an ambitious New Homes Sales Manager to oversee and support sales performance across their developments. The Role
As New Homes Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales performance across multiple developments, supporting and developing on‑site sales teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating New Homes Sales Executives across the region.
- Driving sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
- Monitoring sales activity, reservations, exchanges, and completions.
- Coaching and developing team members to maximise individual performance.
- Implementing sales strategies and best practices across developments.
- Conducting regular site visits and performance reviews.
- Working closely with internal departments including Construction, Land, and Marketing.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience within the New Homes or Housebuilding sector.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Senior Sales role.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and reporting capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
