We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Penrith for an ambitious and customer-focused New Homes Sales Executive to join a successful housebuilding team.
The Role
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping prospective buyers find their perfect new home.
You will be based on a new development in Penrith and will play a key role in achieving sales targets and maximising opportunities.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous New Homes sales experience – essential
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- A professional and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car – essential
