An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Buyer to join a well established residential developer. Working within an experienced procurement team, you'll support the purchasing of materials and subcontract packages for residential developments while gaining valuable experience and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement of construction materials
- Assist with supplier and subcontractor management
- Raise purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Liaise with technical, commercial and site teams
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules

Requirements
- Previous residential housebuilding experience
