We're recruiting for an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a leading property refurbishment specialist with ambitious growth plans.
Working primarily within the social housing refurbishment sector, you MUST have social housing experience.

Responsibilities
- Preparing competitive tenders and estimates.
- Producing bills of quantities and cost plans.
- Preparing supplier and subcontractor enquiries.
- Reviewing quotations and supporting subcontractor selection.
- Assessing labour, plant and material requirements.
- Value engineering to meet client budgets.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Liaising with operational teams, suppliers and clients throughout the tender process.
Qualifications
- Previous estimating experience.
- Social housing refurbishment experience.
- Experience pricing from first principles.
- Knowledge of SMM7, NRM or equivalent.
- Causeway or similar estimating software experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
