We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our growing new homes development in Whitchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a customer-focused team delivering high-quality homes and an outstanding buying experience.

The Role

  • Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
  • Welcoming and guiding customers around the development and show homes
  • Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and stakeholders
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ensuring all sales administration and compliance is completed accurately
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
