New Homes Sales Advisor

Location: Fishtoft, Lincolnshire

Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: £25,027 – £30,796 dependent upon experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading new homes developer in Fishtoft, Lincolnshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience within new homes sales, estate agency, or a customer-facing sales environment would be advantageous.

The Role

  • Welcoming and assisting prospective purchasers at the development
  • Conducting property viewings and presenting homes to a high standard
  • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented impeccably at all times
