Our client, an exciting and growing high-end new homes builder based in Gotherington, is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Homes Sales Professional to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for premium new homes, a strong sales track record, and the leadership skills to deliver outstanding results on-site.
The Role
- Selling high-end new homes to prospective buyers
- Delivering an exceptional, bespoke customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Managing the sales process from enquiry through to completion
- Acting as a brand ambassador for a premium development
- Supporting and leading best practice on-site
About You
- Proven experience in New Homes sales, ideally within high-end or luxury developments
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and target-driven
- Passionate about property and delivering a premium customer experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Salary: £40,000
- OTE: £55,000 – £60,000
