New Homes Sales Advisor

Location: Durham / Sunderland

Hours: Thursday to Monday, 11:00am – 6:00pm

Salary: Up to £29,000 basic salary dependent upon experience + commission package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful and growing new homes developer covering developments across Durham and Sunderland. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual with a passion for property and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous experience within new homes sales, estate agency, or a target-driven sales environment would be highly advantageous.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting prospective purchasers on site
  • Conducting viewings of show homes and available properties
  • Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders
  • Achieving sales targets and maximising opportunities
  • Ensuring the sales office and show homes are maintained to an exceptional standard
  • Accurately updating sales systems and reports
