New Homes Sales Advisor – Cheltenham / Stroud / Gloucester (GL5, GL51, GL6)

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team, covering sites in Cheltenham, Stroud and Gloucester.

The Role

  • Single-manned sales environment – you’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers

  • Guiding customers through the entire sales journey, from enquiry to completion

  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer service and presentation

  • Proactively managing leads, site visits and follow-ups

About You
Proven experience in New Homes sales (essential)
Confident working independently in a single-manned role
Strong customer focus and communication skills
Professional, organised, and motivated to hit targets

Details
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 10am – 5pm
Competitive salary – dependent on experience
