New Homes Sales Advisor – Edgbaston, Birmingham
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client's development in Edgbaston, Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional with proven experience in new homes sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey while achieving sales targets.
Location and details
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including weekend working
Salary: Circa £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) plus commission

Responsibilities

- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales (essential)
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to build rapport quickly and deliver an outstanding customer experience
