New Homes Sales Advisor – Southampton / Winchester
Location: Southampton / Winchester (must be willing to travel between developments)
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with property sales experience who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping buyers find their perfect new home.
Working Pattern
- Thursday to Monday
- 35 hours per week
Working Hours
- Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
- Monday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective purchasers at new homes developments.
- Conduct property viewings and professionally present new homes.
- Manage customer enquiries and guide buyers through the purchasing journey.
- Build strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other parties to progress sales.
- Ensure the sales office and show homes are maintained to an exceptional standard.
About You
- Previous property sales experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, positive and proactive approach.
- Able to work weekends as part of the Thursday to Monday rota.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Willing to travel between developments across the Southampton and Winchester areas.
