Salary: £37,000 basic + OTE £55,000
Location: M3 Corridor, Hampshire
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Days Off: Sunday & Monday
Sales Advisor
Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their successful team covering developments along the M3 Corridor in Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional buying experience.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will:
- Welcome and engage with prospective customers.
- Guide buyers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to reservation.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a first-class experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the properties and developments.
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience, ideally within new homes, property, or a consultative sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, target-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the M3 Corridor developments.

- Basic salary inc Car allowance of £37,000
- On Target Earnings of £55,000
- Sunday and Monday off every week
