Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling our sales consultants into temporary assignments with our esteemed network of housing developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book our sales consultants into assignments with various developers.
- Maintain and manage consultant schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and consultants.
- Utilize IT systems to track bookings and consultant availability.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Recruitment experience advantageous, but not essential
- Knowledge of the new homes industry is advantageous, but not essential
