We are proud to support a well-respected, independent regional developer looking to recruit experienced Sales Consultants to be based at developments in South Wales. With proven experience in a new home sales environment, you should bring outstanding communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, a positive self‑motivated target‑driven approach, a full driving licence and ability to work regular weekend hours. You must be well‑organised as an important part of your role will be keeping paperwork up to date.

The client offers a basic salary of up to £32,000 plus an attractive commission package of £1,000 per plot and door‑to‑door mileage. Part‑time consultant may also be considered, Tuesday/Wednesday plus 1 in 6 weekends, holiday and sickness cover.
