New Homes Sales Advisor – Kettering, Northamptonshire
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client's development in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional with proven experience in new homes sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey while achieving sales targets.
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Hours: 35 hours per week, including weekend working
Salary: Circa £26,000 basic salary plus commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist prospective purchasers at new homes developments.
- Conduct property viewings and professionally present new homes.
- Manage customer enquiries and guide buyers through the purchasing journey.
- Build strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other parties to progress sales.
- Ensure the sales office and show homes are maintained to an exceptional standard.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous property sales experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, positive and proactive approach.
- Able to work weekends as part of the Thursday to Monday rota.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
