We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team in High Leven. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading property developer, helping clients find their perfect new home.
Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10:00 – 17:00
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Commission: £300 per plot paid on exchange
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in new homes sales
- Basic IT skills (CRM systems, email, and MS Office)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
