5 Star housebuilder specialising in affordable, high quality new build homes seek an Assistant Site Manager for a new build in Mansfield, Notts. Passionate about being part of a high-performing site team ? Minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant site manager for either a national or reputable regional house builder? Main Responsibilities:
Role to include:
- Ensuring the safe running of site is key. Youβd be responsible for reinforcing the Home Safe procedures, maintaining a keen eye for detail and proactively ensuring compliance.
- Supporting in the Management of the onsite Construction and Customer Care responsibilities
- Ensuring that the effective compliance, control and deployment of the Construction and onsite Customer Care activities as per Company policies and processes, also managing defects post completion in a timely manner, delivering 5* customer satisfaction results.
- Liaising with all stakeholders and suppliers, both internal and external..

Youβd reinforce directions set out by the Site and Contracts manager, helping deliver the development safely, and on schedule β people who lead by example.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Site Manager for either a national or reputable regional housebuilder
- CSCS card as a minimum
- NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Supervision or similar construction related NVQ β To be working towards or to have achieved a Pass or Distinction
- Good knowledge of Construction method and processes
- Good awareness of codes of practice that impact on Construction matters e.g. NHBC, Building Regs
- Experience working within the housebuilding industry
- Full UK driving licence
