An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Midlands.
Working across a varied portfolio of schemes, you'll take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from contract award through to final account, ensuring strong financial performance while supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the commercial delivery of civil engineering projects.
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
- Cost reporting and forecasting.
- Preparing valuations, variations and compensation events.
- Final accounts.
- Commercial risk management.
- Working closely with operational teams and clients.
- Supporting successful project delivery.
About You
We're looking for someone with
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong NEC contract knowledge.
- Experience managing subcontractor accounts.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
